Wanneer u een order bij ons plaatst, zich aanmeldt voor of gebruikt maakt van een van onze diensten of een offerte/advies aanvraagt, vragen we u om contactgegevens te verstrekken. Soms vragen wij u naar andere (persoonlijke) gegevens die voor de desbetreffende situatie relevant zijn. Dit maakt het mogelijk uw vragen of verzoeken te verwerken. U heeft controle over welke persoonsgegevens we verwerken. Wanneer u er echter voor kiest geen of bepaalde persoonsgegevens niet te verstrekken die nodig zijn om een product of dienst te leveren, kunnen wij dat product of deze dienst mogelijk niet leveren.

4. For what time period do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data as long as you remain a client with us or show interest in the services of De Wild BV. We do not store your personal data longer than what is legally allowed and is required for the purposes and the carrying out of services that we gathered the data for. How long the data are stored for, is therefore dependent on the nature of the data, the purposes that these are processed for and the probable (legal) administrative obligations. The storage period can as such differ for various categories of data.

Waar nodig wordt de informatie intern gedeeld. Onze werknemers respecteren de vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens.

De Wild BV values a safe shopping environment. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. In addition to others, we have taken the following measures:

- We maintain a username and password policy on all of our systems;
